Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a fizzy, dissipating beige head. Vague aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Medium body, lowish carbonation, roast, tar and some sweet coffee. Fades without leaving much of an impression, if a decent drinker. Still the craftmanship is not quite there. 161017

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, deep amber with a neat and lacing off-white head. Pleasant, peachy hop aroma. Medium body, initially some caramel and still peach from the hops, but pretty quickly a very unpleasant fenollic edge takes over and pollutes pretty much the whole beer. I would assume that it has some serious fermenting issues. Ends dry and slightly hoppy. If those fermentaton issues are solved, this could be a very decent Amber. 161017

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear dark amber with a fizzy head that disappears in no time. Nose has a little yeast, slightly nutty - and not much else. Medium body, lowish carbonation, yeast and overripe fruit. Ends dry with hardly any bitterness. Somehow seems unfinished. Needs quite some work to taste like an actual German Weizenbock. 161017
