On tap at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver, pours a cloudy opaque white blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lacto, citrus tartness and a touch of funk. Flavour is fairly soapy and floral, with citrus notes, light funk and lacto. Moderate harmony, with some citrus finish. Solid.

Draught at The Cascade Room, Vancouver
Amber color, clean. Bread malts, soft mouthfeel, light residual sweetness, some British yeast character, bit not like a Bitter. I wouldn’t think of lavender if I didn’t know it, which is good.
Clean, nice English Pale Ale.

On tap at The Cascade Room, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out light floral notes from the lavender, though it is subdued, with English bready malt. Flavour is pretty shy on the lavender, though it does come through, with English bready malt underpinning this. Clean and well-balanced, but unexciting. Decent.

On tap at Field House, pours a hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out cereal malts and light citric notes. Flavour is very refreshing, with cereal and biscuity malt and very mild funk. Wouldn't have guessed this was coolship'd, but it's good for what it is.

Draught @ Devil’s Elbow. Medium brown. Has a nice chocolate/liquorice character. The salt builds this up, adding depth to these flavours.

Golden colors hazy, small head. Besides the good looking, it’s and off-dry Pale Ale, clean in the mouthfeel, but loaded with vegetable notes. Smells like industrial Ale.
Unpleasant.

Cloudy blond color with small head. The lactic character of this beer is very evident in the aroma and flavor; moderately salty, moderately sour, lemony, and with a pleasant touch of elderflowers.
Highly drinkable and refreshing.
Excellent.

On tap at Field House, pours a black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out notes of salt, roasted malt and a touch of pepper. Flavour is along the same lines, with notes of caramel, toasted malt, and bready malt. Medium sweetness with not much presence of salt or pepper. Very good.
