Dullish yellow and opaque. The aroma is hazy but there is a slight stone fruit and gooseberry character, maybe mandarin oranges. On the palate, the FH base IPA remains relatively weak. In this case, the hops need a very clean pale malt base, that's how kiwi hops roll, and the relative yeastiness of the FH base is detrimental. The hops show a bit of mandarin and gooseberry, but get a bit buried by yeastiness and malts that a more robust yeast would have fermented to the right place.

473mL can, pours a cloudy muddled orangey blonde with a small white head. Aroma is yogurty, with light guava, salt, and lacto galore. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of washed out lacto, a hint of salt, and yogurt. Too lacto-y. Not great.

A fluorescent pink colour, opaque, with a thin head. Light dragonfruit nose. Soft body. Medium lactic, a touch of vanilla and on the palate the pitaya is big and bright.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a bright hot pink with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with bright red dragon, gentle vanilla, and light lacto. Flavour is bright, with a big dragonfruit character, lacto and not much vanilla. Nice dragonfruit character but simple beer.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out funky brett, farmhouse yeast, and a bit of garbage water. Flavour is full of funky brett, garbage water and some farmhouse yeast. A bit chaotic but well-made. Needs a bit of calibration, but pretty good overall.

Flavour is bright, with intense salt, cantaloupe tartness, and almost some butyric. Funky cantaloupe finish along with the salt. Carb is above average. Not hugely happy with this.

Flavour is tart and acidic, with lots of rustic farmhouse notes and acidic stone fruits. Very acidic and lacking depth. It's alright, nothing special.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy pale golden. Aroma: melon, some cucumbers (😮). Taste: same, a bir acidic. Overall: ok.
