Bottle. Pours cola brown with small white head. Aroma is malt, brown sugar, rye bread, apples and grain. Taste is very sweet, faint bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with way too much carbonation. Finish is very sweet with notes of malt and sugar. Not much on the aroma, appearance is too dark for a pale ale (looks more like a brown ale to me), taste is too sweet, mouthfeel has way too much carbonation, and finish is dominated by sweetness and not much else. It does however not have that grainy taste that many NOLO beers have.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a small, white head - almost NEIPA looks. Some citrus in the nose, but underlying sweet wort aromas disturb the picture quite a bit - massive diacetyl as well. Thin and watery, a slight fruitiness, citrus and butter with a brutally bitter finish. Utterly gross. 240122

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark amber with an off-white head. A little caramel in the nose and a hint of hops - nice aroma actually. Expectedly light aroma, close to watery, faint toffee and caramel, but no wort like characteristics whic is such a relief. Hardly any bitterness. But absolutely drinkable and borderline enjoyable. 240122
