Description
The brewery: Nestled in the Swiss Alps, not far from Geneva and Mont Blanc, and just a stone's throw from the French and Italian borders, White Frontier is a brewery created by free-spirits for free-spirits. Not afraid of pushing the boundaries, the team likes to live life on the edge, taking their inspiration from the great outdoors. And if they're not brewing, then they can most likely be found snowboarding, skiing, or simply hanging out, preferably with a great cup of coffee.

330 ml. bottle sampled @ a cemetery in Zürich. Drank from the bottle. Nose is weird rotting fruit, sour cabbage. Overly fizzy, way too much carbonation. Taste is overly fizzy weird yoghurt, fizzy vegetable, yoghurt, lacking all fruit, whatever happened here is not correct.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of citrus and yeast, with touches of hops and malt. Bitter, citric and mildly hoppy flavour with touches and yeast and hints of malt. Bitter, citric afteraste. Not bad but the hoppy bitterness could be more pronounced.

T: mango juice with fresh fruity feeling, bit salty and mineral, orange, medium body and lower carbonation, very nice like neipa but not taste as a “beer”, fully enjoyed, from tap @ Au Coin Mousse in Genève (visited 2.10.).
