Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque golden with a small, rough white head. Aroma is sweet and herbal. Powerful, sweet, malty body, very fruity. The hops are definitely there, but they blend together in an intense hop soup rather than sticking out. Ends sweet, actually not with all that much bitterness. It's a difficult style, but this is generally neatly executed. 160918

Bottle in a micro-trade from CH-303. Cheers. Full-on raspberry aroma. Cloudy blood orange red. Thick creamy white head. Heavy sour. The 'Melba' in the title made me think there'd bee some sweetness but it is all raspberry. Medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Dry astringent finish. If you like raspberries you'll like this.

At Solothurner Biertage. Pours clear dark amber. Aroma is toasted malts, caramel, grassy hops. Body is heavy and super sugary sweet, diabetes, not much scotch. Almost tart. Atypical, but not in a great way.

At Solothurner Biertage. Pours hazy amber. Aroma is tropical fruit, passion fruit, mango. Body is strong and fruity and sweet but balanced. Sweet dipa palate too. Nothing super special, but really well done and enjoyable.

At Solothurner Biertage. Pours cloudy pale yellow. Aroma is coriander, herbs, sausage. Body is medium, lively carbonated, still spiced with some medium fruit and sweetness. Not outstanding. Good.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours deep golden with a slight haze and a small, white head. Extremely pleasant, tropical melange in the nose - and super fresh too. Medium body, dry lemony - perhaps even limey. And again these amazing hops out through the semi bitter finish. Lovely! And very well crafted. 030518

Bottle split at 36 Levels Lost, thanks to Tipple, 17/04/18. Very lightly hazed golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is juicy citric peel, mango, pine resin, grapefruit. Taste comprises mango flesh, pine resin, light boost, grapefruit, papaya, orange pith, soft breads. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a good dose of hop bitterness. Decent DIPA.
