Thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, light notes of charamel. Light dry-bitter background. Finish well balanced, soft-malty. Easy to drink. Nice.

0,33 l bottle bought today at the brewery. Labeled with 5.1% alc. Pours out in an unclear bright copper, more than one finger foamy head. Looking good. Fresh malt on the nose. Taste starts malty, dry grainy, some sweetness in the background, also fruity hints. Very low bitterness in the second row. Low carbonation. Way better than their Hefeweizen that I had before.

0,75 l bottle bought today at the brewery. Unusual size for a Hefeweizen. Unclear pale yellow in the glass, relative small white head. Some fruit but also musty yeast on the nose.Taste starts with wheat and yeast, mid banana and orange taste, dry grainy. Very low carbonation (BB 09.08.2016). Watery to the end. Disappointing.

Thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice small head. Starts hoppy and dry, with nice fruity hints of lemon, only mild malty. Also some grasy notes. Dry background. Finish is well balanced, still fine hoppy, bit less fruity. Quite drinkable. Nice.

Thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good, beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Mild hoppy aroma. Starts mild, malty, more and more hoppy-dry. Fine fruity like lemon, light sourish background. Finish still mild but not washy, malty-grasy, modest fruity. Nice.

0,33 l bottle. Unclear honey colour in the glass, nearly two finger white fast fading large pores head. More fresh hop than malt on the nose, but on a low level. Taste starts floral hopy but not really bitter, malt and caramell followed by a more grainy part. Spicy aftertaste with a pleasant hopy bitterness, some caramell in the background. Not bad either.
