Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181018]

18/10/2018. Cask at the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2018, Nottingham. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma of chocolate, rich fruit cake, vanilla, roasted malt and a hint of coconut. Medium plus sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness. Full bodied, rich texture, soft carbonation. Sweet finish. Very good.

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich cake, spices, vanilla, coconut, roast malt, chocolate, hops and has a nice sweet finish.

25/5/2018. Cask at the 2018 Newark Beer & Cider Festival. Pours hazy dull gold with a small bubbly off white head. Aroma of citrus, grass, yeast, light caramel, hops and malt. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Dry fruity hoppy finish. Pretty good.
