50cl bottle @ PBF XII. Poured amber color with a thin white head. Chalky, rye malty aroma. Some nuttyness. Flavor has nuts, hops, malts. Mild bitterness. Flavorful.

Bottled at PBF XII. Hazy pale amber, small head. Bready nose. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready and grassy, notes of raisin. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle 500ml in pbf xii (8 %). Ruby colour, small beige head. Grassy with some toastyness and caramel. Medium-bodied. Quite sweet, grass, caramel. Tolerable.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is mild citrusy. Crisp hoppy. Slight fruity. Bitter, mild hoppy. Dry. Slight bitter. Lingering fruity far finish.

Bottle. Press dark coffee brown with small light brown head. Aroma is malt, camel, elderberry juice, sour cherries, fudge and hunts of fennel. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of caramel, fruit and hints of spice.

Bottle. Pours opaque dark brownish black with small offwhite head. Aroma is malt, gravy, rust and hints of bread. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is milky with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, fruit, sugar and caramel (5-3-6-3-12) Second tasting: Bottle (1 year after BBE). Pours opaque dark chestnut with medium offwhite head. Aroma is malt, Vegemite, milk chocolate, gravy and rusty iron. Taste is medium to very sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, dried fruit, caramel, fudge, yeast, port and milk chocolate. (7-3-7-3-14)
