Bottle@Jespers - Brown pour with a off white head. Overt sweet malty with some notes of dried fruit, some jarring sulphuric notes coming in, medium body, metallic and spiced sweet malty into the finish.

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber to brown. Small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, slight fruity. Breadish, caramelish. Medium dry. Toasted malty finish.

Bottle. Pours opaque dark brownish black with small offwhite head. Aroma is malt, gravy, rust and hints of bread. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is milky with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, fruit, sugar and caramel (5-3-6-3-12) Second tasting: Bottle (1 year after BBE). Pours opaque dark chestnut with medium offwhite head. Aroma is malt, Vegemite, milk chocolate, gravy and rusty iron. Taste is medium to very sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, dried fruit, caramel, fudge, yeast, port and milk chocolate. (7-3-7-3-14)

Aus der Flasche im 2016-08 getrunken.Ein Dubbel mit leichter Säure. Etwas schwach was das Volumen am Gaumen angeht. Lecker und bißchen untypisch aber gut trinkbar.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, tart - sour, dried fruit -raisin, belgium yeast, candy, sweet yeast, phenol.
