Bottle. It pours a dense, beige head over a more or less clear brown body. The aroma has a shot of caramel and toffee, with some butterscotch notes in the far back. Hints of fennel. Some dms in the flavor, with caramel and some dried fruits. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. Lasting finish with caramel and some yeasty hints. Well, I don’t think I’d like to have this one again. 130420

Bottle. A dense, two-finger-thick white head sits on top of an unclear golden body. The aroma has a faint sourish touch, with some spicy notes and wheat. Medium body, dry, and with a tad too much carbonation. The flavor has a pleasant bitterness, with pale malts, spiced hints and lemon peel. Quite dry and bitter finish. Not a favorite of mine, but at least there’s some refreshing qualities. 130420
