Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, beige to light brown head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, sweet swedish ryebread, light smoke - licorice. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sugary, dark malt, sweet, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20120201]

Bottled. A golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hay and malt, leading to a bitter finish where a bit of cardboard shows up.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a lacing off-white head leaving some lacework. Some bitter hop aroma. Medium body, fairly bland malts and a dry and bitter hoppiness. Completely lacks the fruitiness of a top-fermented beer. 290212

From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours dark brown and deep hazzlenut amber glare. Tan and small creamy head. Aroma is caramelish and dark malty. Mild fruity, dark roasted and sweet caramelish. Dark malty and sweet roasted finish.
