Cask @ Swan With Two Necks, Pendleton. Clear copper with an amber glow and a creamy head. It’s fairly malty and quite sweet, with its gravity feeling stronger than the ale is.

Cask @ Flying Horse Hotel, Rochdale. Hazy dark brown with a creamy head. Smoothish, it has a mild sweetness and light wheat beer character, but with a darker malt taste. Chocolate is light but evident.
