Established in March 2015, Gamma Brewing Company is a Danish craft brewery located in Gørløse, just north of Copenhagen. Gamma was born of an ambition to create delicious beer that is as gratifying to make as it is to drink. Regardless of the style of beer we make, our focus remains on the quality and commitment to constant improvement and innovation, with a tendency toward the lavish use of hops.

Tasted from the tap on the 11/02/2016. Hazy amber color with small white head. Aroma is malty, fruity, hoppy. Caramel, peach and grapefruit is present on the flavour as well. Next one please!

Tap @ C4, Odense. Pours black with a white head. Cold coffee, roast, good coffee and chocolate. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Tap @ C4, Odense. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Fruity hops with a later of butter beneath. As it warms it quickly becomes undrinkable. New Keg is on: No diacetyl. Crisp hops. A bit of yeast. Bitter finish. 2,6 - 3,5

Tap@Banksia, Copenhagen – black pour with medium lazing beige head. Aroma and taste is roasted malty with high rich coffee prominence, cocoa and caramel sweetness cutting in, some nice burnt coffee bean nuance, roasty finish.

On tap at Christian Firtal. Near black with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of fresh ground coffee, roasted malt and a touch of chocolate. Sweet caramel and coffee flavour with an ashy touch. A little thin.

On tap at Christian Firtal. Cloudy orange with a lasting white head. Juicy hop aroma with orange, mango and peach. Sweet fruity flavour with a solid bitterness. Not the most balanced IPA, but some good hops

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - black pour with tan head. A mix of sweet and dark roasted malts in the aroma and taste with some burnt malty and smokey meaty notes, charred meat skin, roasted finish. Like the roasty and smoked combo, very nice.

Draft. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and smoke. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, dark chocolate, and smoke, leading to a dry roasted finish.
