14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Pours clear very dark brown with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma of liquorice, roasted malt, coffee, molasses, chocolate, coconut. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, slightly creamy, soft carbonation. Very nice.

[ As Yeast Side Nutcracker Rum Barrel Aged ].
ABV: 11.5%. Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, light beige head. Aroma is moderate light heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, barrel, oak, barrel, dried fruit, vanilla - barrel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, caramel, caramelized malt, burnt bitter, dried fruit, oak, barrel, vanilla - barrel. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20230114]

Bottle @Haderslebener Tasting. Clear, very dark red brown, small beige head. Fruity aroma, some dried fruit, some sweet booze, but not necessarily rum. Boozy flavour, warming, bitter flavour with bitter hops, a little dried fruit.
