500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Pale golden colour, big foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, juicy, fruits, some core. Taste is apple, fleshy, fruity, with skin and core, alittle funk and drying earthy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, slightly tart & dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, apple, tangy, fruity, some orange citrus hints, orchardy, funky and with mellow dry bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish with some residual sweetness. Nicely drinkable.

Panda from Notts BCF, thanks to Danlo ... cheers Ed, 01/11/22. Almost clear golden yellow with a thin fast collapsing white cap that clears edgewards. Nose is funky apple core, grains, damp wood, earthy, vinous, musty leaves. Taste comprises tarte apples, orchard must, apple skin, apple core, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Tidy funky cider.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2022. Golden colour, no head and aroma of mucky funk, apple. Taste is sweetish, fruity, juicy, apple, with some funky hints and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry soft tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

15/9/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is woody, funky, juicy apple. Moderate sweetness and medium tart. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Woody tart finish. Enjoyed this.
