Seb's Cider is made using 100% juice from Apple's we hand pick in Organic and unsprayed Herefordshire cider orchards. Slow, natural wild yeasts ferment our ciders over several months to maturity.

[ As Seb’s Balls SV Cider - Medium Dry ].
ABV: 6.4%. ✅ Clear medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, green apples, tart, wood, light horse blanket. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, appl, green apples, apple skin, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20181019]
