Description
Ride Brewing Cø was founded in 2016 by Dave Lannigan to brew interesting and inventive beers a stones throw from the River Clyde in Glasgow. Since then, the brewery has grown to a bigger premises and increased the scale of production to a 5BBL brew kit as well as several smaller kits for more experimental or guest beers.

Our brewery is located in a courtyard just a stones throw from Glasgow’s River Clyde, and the trains heading into Central Station pass above our heads. We’re Scotland’s only railway arch brewery.

Clear amber beer, sour fruit smell. Sweet tomato, sour citrus, hops, not a huge amount of chilli. It's like a sour with a hint of a bloody mary. Not bad.

Can from Ride. It pours a lovely bright pinkish - red with a thick, fluffy pink - white head. The aroma is fresh, loads of tangy ripe raspberry, jammy, touch of Victoria sponge cake, nip of sherbet and lemon zing. The taste is crisp and dry upfront, then in comes the tangy fresh raspberry, light fruity puckering, twist of lemon, bit of sherbet, light minerality and hitn of acidity to keep it all in check. Finish is dry and fruity. Lighter end of medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Very approachable and crushable. Rather pleasant stuff.
