Description
Liquid Light Brewing Company was born out of a passion for beer and music. We produce modern craft beer in keg, cask and cans.
After a couple of years cuckoo brewing, we found a home of our own and now have a 12bbl brewhouse and tap room in Nottingham.
Our ethos has always been to produce the beer we want to drink, and hopefully you'll enjoy it too!

400ml can as part of a haul from Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester and drunk at home. Mid- to dark gold and opaque with a small loose white head. Fruity aroma with apricot, pineapple and citrus hop notes and a light underpinning of bready yeast. Sweet taste with a wash of apricot. Finishes with a strange vegetal character but it doesn't ruin the beer although I could do without it. Thick oily body, medium carbonation. Good.

Can from my Beer Gonzo Advent Calendar box, had this at home Xmas Eve, Thursday 24th December 2020 cooking Chertha Kozhi Kari aka Chicken and cashew curry with ginger, cardomom and chilli, listening to Craig Charles standing in for Steve Lamaq on 6 Music. Pours hazy gold with a white head, aggressively hoppiness (not necessarily a bad thing though), it's a good beer but on reflection a little harsh, numbs the tongue a little, hard citrus, strips the tongue, good but no world beater.

Crowler from BD sheps boost, at home, 19/11/20. Clear reddish amber with a handsome dusty beige cap. Nose is sweet malts, caramel, orange peel, light pine, sugar dusting, dried fruit esters. Taste comprises brown bread base, biscuit, caramel, blood orange, pine needle, mellow tropical fruit esters, red grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, light dryness in the close which is peppered with balanced dusty hop bitterness. Seems to be a little RED IPA revolution going down in the UK at the mo ... haven't had one in ages and I reckon 3 or more in the past month and all top end exponents of the style such as this one.
