After a couple of years cuckoo brewing, we found a home of our own and now have a 12bbl brewhouse and tap room in Nottingham.
Our ethos has always been to produce the beer we want to drink, and hopefully you'll enjoy it too!

Keg at Cork and Cage; bright pink pour with a thin pink head, aroma has raspberry, taste has slight wheat character, the fruit overwhelms which is a good thing for me.

Keg at BD TH, 07/06/19. Hazed light yellow golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange pith, grass, melon, sweet citric peel, tangerine. Taste comprises orange pith, grass, melon, mango, straw, peach. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with juicy to grassy hop bitterness. Decent.

Keg at Against The Grain, Elgin. It pours clear golden with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is soft, sweetish, fruity, tropical vibes, passion fruit, white grape, spent grain and bubblegum. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, bitter, white grape, hay, floral, gooseberry, slightly tart, tropical vibes, passion fruit, puckering, bit of alcohol warmth with a tangy white grape finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fun stuff. Drinks well.

Keg at craft beer co Covent garden. Pours hazy yellow, nose is strong onion, grass, toffee, taste is similar.

On keg at Brewdog Lothian Rd, Edinburgh. Appearance - opaque black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - dark chocolate and rich coffee. Taste - chocolate cake, creamy coffee. Palate - creamy and medium bodied. Decent balance and good linger. Overall - lovely beer, coffee not too dominant.

On keg at Brewdog Lothian Rd, Edinburgh. Appearance - creamy pink to red. Pink milkshake like head. Nose - ripe raspberry and cream. Taste - tart raspberry but still getting the creamy wheat. Palate - light bodied and creamy yet tart through middle and finish. Overall - lovely stuff.

Keg at brewdog Edinburgh... Dark black .. Thin tan lacing.. Soft sweet chocolate roast malts nose.. Dark dry bitter.. Very herbal.. Odd chocolate roast.. Light burnt wood
