Description
Liquid Light Brewing Company was born out of a passion for beer and music. We produce modern craft beer in keg, cask and cans.
After a couple of years cuckoo brewing, we found a home of our own and now have a 12bbl brewhouse and tap room in Nottingham.
Our ethos has always been to produce the beer we want to drink, and hopefully you'll enjoy it too!

Half-pint, keg at Two-Tailed Lion in Leicester. Shared with Finn. Jet black in the glass inder a fawn-coloured head leaving clingy lacing on the glass. Prominent coffee aroma. Taste of coffee joined by a backdrop of dark chocolate and dark berries. Coffee finish as well. Satisfying. (10.02.2019).

On tap at Small Bar, Bristol. Pours opaque vibrant pink-purple with a pink head. Aroma: fruity, subtly lactic with tart berries, herbal, earthy. Taste: light sweet, light tart, zingy bright berries, creamy yoghurt vibes. Medium bodied, light carb, semi dry fruity finish. Didn't pick up the salt element, came across as a fruit snoothie beer

Keg at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Dark brown, almost black. Opaque. A small ring of tan head. Big sour coffee aroma, some plum, some liquorice. Sweet-sour taste with lots of coffee and some stone fruit. A dry finish with suggestions of liquorice. Heavy carbonation. I liked it immensely, but it was a trifle heavy on the coffee.

29/1/2019. Draught at the Craft Beer Co, St Mary Axe. Poured reddish purple with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of berries, malt, herbs and salt. Moderate sweetness, light tartness and saltiness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Unusual and quite enjoyable brew.

Keg at MK BG, 31/10/18. Black with a decent tan cap that clears to a swirl. Nose is coffee bean, charr, burnt toffee, mellow roast malts. Taste doesnt quite match up to the nose with light spice, toffee, cocoa powder, less intense coffee presence. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent coffee porter.
