About
Originally set up as a nano brewery in 2016 by two keen members of the Uttoxeter Camra Sub branch. The first such brewery in town since Buntings closed down in 1929. Operating from purpose built premises in Uttoxeter town centre since 2019. Premises licence granted in 2019 and this successful brewery looks forward to imminent bottling.

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, malt and hops. Sweet finish.

[ As Uttoxeter American IP ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, light nutty, moderate hoppy, orange, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, orange - dried fruit, sweet malt, pale malt, riped fruit - pineapple. 25/5/2018. Cask at the 2018 Newark Beer & Cider Festival. Pours slightly hazy golden amber with a bubbly white head. Aroma of hops, malt, caramel, yeast, pine, fruit and veg. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Dry, piney finish. Not bad.

ABV: 4.8%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, roasted - chocolate, fruit - roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171013]
