Cask@GBBF2008. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits and wood. Flavour is much the same. Nicely balanced, though not containing that much.

Clear golden with tiny off white head. Sweet aroma with hoppy and citric notes. Sweet hoppy flavor with caramel, grapefruit and toasted malt. Ends bitter.

Half pint, gravicask. Copper body colour with a ring of white bubbles on the surface. Good laceworks. Medium floral nose. Lots of sweet, sappy fruits in flavour. Dry, light bitter finish (Afternoon session at London Drinker BF, 13.03.2008).

Cask conditioned gravity, White Cliffs BF 08. Amber colour with lasting beige head. Good hoppy aroma, grapefruit, and a bit of toffee. Hey, this is pretty tasty. Decent hop, decent toffee, bit of sherbert on finish. Not a lot of depth, but pretty nice.

Cask at the Pig’s Ear beer festival. Gold coloured with no head. I found this very hoppy as well, with a strong grapefruit and resin aroma, followed by strong hop flavours with only a hint of sweet malt. The finish was mouth puckeringly dry. Having said that, It was pleasant as a one-off experience.

Cask (handpump) @ Wellington, B2, Birmingham. Clear light orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, flowers, toffee, butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

Cask at GBBF 2006. A yellow beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is sweet flowery hoppy with hints of citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with quite strong notes of fruit, flowers, citrus, and hops, as well as lighter notes of caramel. The body is thin.

(Cask at GBBF, London, 2 Aug) Colour is golden yellow with a frothy head. Nose is fruity with grapefruit and a citrussy, slightly grassy hop aroma. Taste is fruity, with balanced flavours of citrus (grapefruit, lemon) and tropical fruit (pineapple). Nice golden ale with a lovely hop character in the finish. Refreshing.

Cask at GBBF 2006. Sunarise, early in the morning, eh Kook? Gold with disappearing white head. Hay hop aroma. Some juicy malt. Some decent hop too, bit earthy. Could be some Cascade hop? I thought that it was different and interesting.
