We have since increased production capacity to a custom-built 10-barrel (16 hectolitre) plant.
Kinver Brewery use only four ingredients: malted barley, hops, yeast, and water, to produce cask and bottle-conditioned ales. All of our beers are available as vegan, on request. Our hops are sourced from a range of locations including Worcestershire, Czech Republic, Germany, Slovenia, and USA. We are a SIBA-assured independent craft brewery, recognised by multiple prestigious awards.

Cask ale at Blue Boar in Leicester, shared with jjsint and Finn. Bright mahogany coloured body, spotty lacing from a filmy layer. Inviting aromas of brown malts, semi dry. Taste of caramel malts, nuts and distant dried fruits. Malt-driven end, mid-sweet. Clean on the swallow. Fine depth. Nice. (10.02.2019).

Handpull cask at the Blue Boar, Leicester with Rune and Finn. Light reddish brown, clear and thin looking. Small rinf of off-white head. Light aroma of roasted malt, coffee, ash. Taste is unexpectedly nuanced: sweet and smoky with liquorice, horehound and cocoa bitters. Long finish with bitter earthy hop. Worth trying but not one to order again.
