Cheviot Brewery is a micro brewery on the Ford & Etal Estate in North Northumberland producing traditional cask and bottled ale. Offering brewery tours and tastings at our Cheviot Tap onsite tap bar and soon to offer an onsite glamping experience.

18/10/2018. Cask at the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2018, Nottingham. Pours pale gold with a small off-white head. Aroma of light tropical fruit and citrus, grass and hay. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Light body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

18/10/2018. Cask at the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2018, Nottingham. Pours a deep attractive amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, hops, and light fruit and berries. Medium plus sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Appearance the high point on this one.

Cask @ Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival. Almost black with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted light bitter finish. 171018

Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Best of the 3 this brewery had on at the festival.
