We are a proudly independent craft brewery based in the beautiful Warwickshire Countryside, in the shadow of one of the county’s most striking landmarks.

Born out of a desire to create unique beers that both uphold traditional values and utilise our expert scientific knowledge, Windmill Hill Brewing Company is now gaining recognition, both locally and beyond.

We’re a small but passionately dedicated team. We love the brewing process and we’re obsessive in our mission to find the perfect blend of ingredients that make our beers taste so good.

17/10/2018. Cask at the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2018, Nottingham. Pours amber with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of caramel, butter biscuit, malt, fruit and hops. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, creamy texture, soft carbonation.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at Maidenhead Beer Festival 20/10/2017. Golden in colour, with a thin, off-white, head. Citrus hops, big tropical fruit character, and some biscuity malts, before a dryish finish. Good.

Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2017 [ The 42th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 10th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB.

[ As Windmill Hill The Amber Post ].
ABV: 4.0%. Clear medium orange amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cookie, sweet malt, caramel, candy, UK yeast, something sharp. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, cookie, something sharp, UK yeast. Dodgy condition. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171014]

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171013]
