ABV: 5.7%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, earthy malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, dusty hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, dusty hops, fruity hops, light earthy malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191010]

Draft at BeerHeadZ, Lincoln. Deep haze red to slight purple colour with a pinkish head. Aroma is mostly cherry, taste light sweet cherry, thin body.

Screw top medicine bottle from the Black Toad. Appearance - cloudy yellow with a thin white head. Nose - yellow apple, gooseberry and green grape. Taste - fizzy sweet lemon and creamy vanilla. Palate - light bodied, creamy middle and fizzy, dry finish. Overall - the nose did not give away the adjuncts but they were obvious in the the taste. I quite like this, which annoys me.

Bottle, in fact a medicine bottle looking thing with a screw cap. Appearance - it pours like a dirty puddle, literally dark brown and opaque. I was expecting some sort of IPA appearance. This is disconcerting. Nose - dank, grapefruit and peach. Taste - grapefruit, then sweet orange and some sweet red fruit too. Palate - light bodied, and gradually gets sweeter, with just a little pithy dryness on the finish. Overall - smelt better than it looked, smelt better than it tasted. Why was it brown and muddy.

Keg at the Blue Blazer. Pours clear dark red with a thin pink- tinged head. Aromas of cherry ice cream, vanilla. Taste is synthetic cherry, almond, vanilla. Light sweet finish.
