Description
Crooked Brewing is a proud Yorkshire brewery, fully aware of the region’s beer history, yet crafting a future in modern beer making methods.

Based on the old RAF base, now Leeds East Airport, at Church Fenton, Crooked has its roots in “Learn to Brew” classes where Steve and Andy had the dream of teaching people how to make quality beer from scratch.

When a number of star pupils went onto work in the industry, they thought they needed to get their beers out there. They met Mark and Hudson who had retail and finance experience and after several IPA fuelled evenings planning in Hudson’s kitchen Crooked Brewing was born.

The journey has been hard work, sometimes frustrating, always fun. We’ve had the support of some brilliant independent bars in Leeds and York who appreciated our drive to make modern, interesting and ultimately very, very drinkable beer.
