Founded in 2016 by James Ward, Lough Gill Brewing Company aims to restore the lost tradition of brewing to Sligo town, a small town that once hosted 5 breweries. The idea stemmed from an ever-growing passion for brewing delicious beer and a unique opportunity of various skill sets and business synergy.

Smell of whisky, oak, vanilla, toffee. Black colour, short brown head. Aroma of oak, whisky, chocolate, licorice, booze. A myriad of other flavours. Sweet, bitter. Lively carbon. Thick texture.

Cream orange with a solid head. Aroma of apricots and soft fruit. Flavour is light bitter fruit, pulpy in the back, tropics on the base.

Can. 2023 vintage. Black beer with a tan head. Whiskey and chocolate aroma. Whiskey and roast flavor with chocolate. Medium bodied. Whiskey and chocolate linger with oatmeal and light molasses.

Can at home shared with Laura. Hazy unclear yellow, white head. Aroma and flavor are quite fruity, but actually like real fruit tbh. Odd, usually that's way more artificial. Not bad in the end. Alright.
