Black with a short tan head. Aroma of pleated malt. Flavour is a hit of Scotch, wood and peat, at the start I thought it was way too much but as you go through it the taste develops, very much a sipper, gives the taste buds a full work out. Warm wood, smoked fruit, boozy finish.

Aus der Dose (bbe 31.05.2024) im 2023-10 getrunken. Ein schönes aber auch einfachen Sour, wo aber ich weder Mango oder Blaubeere entdecken konnte. Hat mich eher an Rhababer erinnert. Egal eich schöne unkomplizierte Durstlöscher.

Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium sour, with a little sweetness too. Final is average, with just a hint of astringency.

A black beer, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has liquorice, some sweet berries, hint of whiskey and wood. Taste has liquorice, roastiness, peat, wood. Almost full bodied. The barreling is balanced.
