Tap at Pegs. It pours opaque, very dark brown with a small beige head. The nose is earth, roast, milk chocolate, lactose, coffee, and nut. The taste is cocoa, light roast, toast, milk chocolate, lactose, earth, light bitterness, coffee grinds and earth with a dry, roasty finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Good balance, thankfully not too sweet. Very drinkable.

Tap at Pegs (as lychee Florida weisse). It pours very pale yellow with pretty much no head. The nose is wheat, light sweetness, lychee, strawberry and sour tangerine. The taste is initially tart, lactic, lychee, watermellow, raspberry, mild acidity and old-fashioned lemonade with a dry finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Brilliant sweet-sour balance. Damn tasty.
