Description
Housed on the ground floor of the pub and in full view our 2 hectolitre micro brewery is fully operational.

We brew in association with Wylam Brewery the regions leading craft brewer. Our in house brewer mashes daily creating bespoke 360 pint batches of cask and keg ale – when it’s gone it’s gone!

4.5 cask at the bridge Tavern... Golden amber.. Small white head.. Soft sweet toffee fruit nose... Light sweet caramel fruit.. Soft peach toffee

Cask at the source. Very slightly hazy yellow color, white head. Aroma of black pepper and straw. Taste is lemony straw. Not bad.

Cask at the source. Slightly hazy yellow color, dense white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of dusty lemon. Taste is peppery dusty citrus. OK.

Cask at the source. Clear ruby maroon color, see pic please with tap clip for verification. Weird aroma of coffee bubblegum. Taste is very slightly sour fruity coffee. Interesting.

Cask at the host. Clear yellow color, lacey white head. Fruity citrus aroma. Taate is very lightly bitter lemon.

Cask at The Bridge Tavern, Newcastle Pours hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas of malt, caramel. Taste is light sweet. Sticky finish. Needs mair hops!

Cask at the craft beer calling.. Hazy yellow amber... Thin white lacing... Soft sweet floral berries fruit.... Soft sweet fruits.. Juicy fruits.. Long spft blue berry fruit... First blueberry beer that hsdnt tasted artificial.. Gets. Better and better
