Bottle shared at Castlegate. It pours clear purpleish. The aroma is sweeet, sour, tangy, sugary, blackberry, coffee grounds, jammy berry, earth and must. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangy, zingy, puckering, lactic, sherbert, umami, granny smith apple, berry skin, coffee grounds and sour candy with a funky finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Quite bright and fresh at the end of a tasting.

Bottle from the source. Hazy dark born with a thin bubbly tan head that dissipates quickly. Lemony tart with the blueberry coming through and the cinnamon overpowering. Decent beer.

Bottle from the source. Lemony yellow with a touch of haze and a bubbly white head that persists. Tart lemon and earthy funk on the nose and flavor. Subtle fruitiness. Pretty nice funky saison.

Bottle from the source. Dark brown black in color with a thin off white head that dissipates quickly. Tart lemony aroma and flavor with faint ashy dark grains. Light gritty chocolate with a firm but not overpowering peppery spice. Not bad.

Growler filled yesterday sampled today. Lightly hazy deep yellow bordering on gold with a good sized bone white head that persists. Honey, sweet bready malt lots of earthy notes and a light sour note that distracts. Sweeter and more body than a tripel should have with a spicy alcohol note that's ever present.

Thick inky black in color with a stingy but present tightly bubbled tan head that leaves hints of lace on the way down. Roast chocolate licorice and warming alcohol. Bits of earthy wood and light dried fruits. Its a sipper for sure but quite tasty.

Bottle from the source. Mostly clear medium gold in color with a tightly bubbled white head that persists. Bready crackery faint toasty maltiness with some earthy floral spicy hops to counter. Faint hop bitterness.

Bottle from the source. Brilliantly clear deep golden bordering on amber with a decent sized bubbly white head that persists. Brady toasty maltiness with bits of fruit and a little too much apple. Not horrible but needs a little cleaning up.

500ml bottle. Sourish, earthy and tart with some grapes, blueberries and beany coffee notes. Unbalanced and messy.
