Tap at the brewery taproom long island. A dark mahogany brown coloured pour with a halo of beige head,. Aroma is sweet chocolate fudge syrup,, cocoa, biscotti, adjunct. Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty cocoa, chocolate fudge cake, tart dark cocoa. Death by coco. Palate is semi sweet, tart, fine highish. Very chocolate.

Tap at the brewery taproom long island. A cascading dark black brown coloured pour with a creamy beige head. Aroma is semi sweet. Nutty, hazelnut, woody roast, oats, toasted. Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty malts, mellow ROAST, Toasted porridge, palate is semi sweet, creamy, rounded.. Great. Would happily have a pint.

Tap at the brewery taproom long island. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is subdued, light grass, nutty caramel, woody pine, grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty pine, tangerine, caramel, Pine. Palate is semi sweet, sticky hop, moderate carbonation. Good.
