Draught @ Amsterdam Ale House, Manhattan. Clear golden with a small frothy whitish head, citrus aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter malty taste with faint smoke flavor, smooth thin body, long finish. The smoke flavor was not very prominent.

Draught at source: pours black with beige head. Aroma is maple and nuts. The maple syrup is intense and overtakes other flavors. Quite sweet. Even the nut of hazel gets obliterated.

Draught at source: pours clear yellow with white head. Aroma is yuzu and some graininess. Taste is lightly bitter with a yuzu undertone. Solid.
