Our process combines the time-honored art of classical craft brewing with carefully applied, state-of-the-art modern methods.

Deep gold with a frothy, white head. Mostly floral and bready aroma that’s quite pleasant given the style. Bitter with a heather and dough-like sweetness underneath. Not unlike a traditional German Helles, just a bit more heather and dankness. Faintly metallic at the finish. Above average for the style.

Bottle 35.5 @home poured into a shaker. Clear deep golden colour, good frothy white head, half-way lasting, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malts, grain, light peach, hay, yeast. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grain, yellow fruits, hay. Spicy notes. Medium body oily to creamy texture, semi-dry sweetbitter aftertaste, rather sharp sensation (which is a pity), husky and metallic notes, growing bitterness towards the finish, nice.

Finally having this beer before it sinks to the bottom of the ocean floor. It’s malty, funky, sweet, and I can understand they’re going under. Don’t feel too bad, they sold out to Sapporo for $85mil about five years ago.
