Big offwhite head. Hazy brown head. Orangey spicy wooden aroma with mealy blueberry jam notes. Dryish spicy wooden fruity taste with gooseberry notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, fizzy, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish wooden spicy gooseberry aftertaste with blueberry notes. Like the previous one, imperfect, but would be great with small tweaks. (0.33l bottle, from wine monopoly, Aker Brygge, Oslo. Batch #37.)

Huge offwhite head. Hazy pale yellow body with very strong carbonation. Vague fruity funky peas aroma. Dry-sweet spicy peachy mealy taste with funky notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy bready wooden aftertaste with spicy funky notes. It’s interesting, but not great. Tantalizingly close to a really good beer. (0.33l bottle, from wine monopoly Aker Brygge, Oslo. Batch #41.)

330ml bottle, batch #0050, bought at Bodø Vinmonopolet and another one at the pub Kaptein Larsen in Bodø. Slightly cloudy dark brown body. Bubbly, beige head slowly fading while leaving crocheted lacing on the glass. Smoked grainy malts on the nose. Nicely taste character of peated malts with notes of dark vanilla and brittle caramel. Dark fruity tail. Well balanced and rather smooth on the swallow. Again, a good one from the microbrewery (17 and 19.07.2015).
