On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Black colour, creamy beige head. Moderate aroma of roast malts, mild coffee, chocolate and oatmeal. Creamy and smooth mouthfeel. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma, nothing very "special", but a thoroughly well brewed and well balanced oatmeal stout throughout. Moderate bitterness. Recommended!

440ml can, #1001, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Unclear grey-golden body under a steady white head, upper part lacing on the glass. Fresh fruity aromas, tropical fruity scents. The taste profile follows suit with citrus, passion fruits, and wheat. Hop fruity ending with mild bitter bite. Decent. (Tromsø, 17.04.2026).

0.33 l can thanks to Marko, shared with Ogi and him. Murky amber, minimal head. Aroma is malty, caramely, some dried fruit, a vinous touch, faint barrel. Caramel and doughy flavour, sweet molasses, barrel present, hints of vanilla, hints of cherry wood. Quite complex. Finishes sweet and warming.

0.33l can (Vintage 2024), huge thanks djoeye! Shared with Hrabren and Ogi. Shared with Hrabren and Ogi! Sweetish caramelly aroma, some white grape raisins, good maltiness, low alcohol. Smooth lean light taste, raisins, some alcohol, well defined woody notes, actually good white grape touches, caramelly touches, no bitterness. Quite harmonius, all's there. Liking it a lot!

0,44 kanyle, neppe beregnet for de som skal på nattskift (tredelt turnus er ødeleggende for de fleste): nesten helt klar brunsvart med et mørkerødt skjær og tett skum som varer så lenge jeg trenger det. Mørke malter, hint av solbær, citrus og nybrent kaffe. Fin bitterhet i den forholdsvis slanke og innledningsvis saftige men etterhvert halvtørre avslutningen.

440ml can, #1002. A slowly diminishing white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass, hazy golden body. Fresh smell of passion fruits and grassy hops. Blended hop fruity taste with impacts of grapefruit, grass, and orange, wheat fruity backbone. Hop fruity tail. Refreshing and okay. (Tromsø, 12.04.2026).
