Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Cask @ Quakerhouse, Darlington. Black with a thick creamy off-white head. Has smooth dark malts, although not the most stated of 'stout' characters, but nevertheless has a nice mouthfeel. Its bourbon influence is best in its aftertaste.
