Description
One-barrel microbrewery, established in 2013, which has been brewing on a regular basis since 2015. The plant is also used to produce the malt wash for the distilling of gin and vodka onsite. The beer strength and style varies from brew to brew.

Cask at Number Twenty2, Darlington. Golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and light malt & citrus aroma. Taste is pale malty, alittle biscuit with some orange citrus hop and tangy bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite OK.

4/6/2018. Cask at Number Twenty2, Darlington. Pours dark maroon brown with a small beige head. Aroma of toffee, prunes, roasted malt, liquorice, figs and cardboard. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, slight sticky texture, soft carbonation. Ok.

4/6/2018. Cask at Number Twenty2, Darlington. Pours golden with a small lasting off-white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, biscuit, grain, caramel and light herbal notes. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, very oily texture, soft carbonation. Slight increase to bitterness in finish. Not bad.

Cask at Number Twenty2, Darlington. Clear chestnut brown colour, beige foam head leaving some lacing and malty, chocolatey aroma. Taste is malt, light roast, chocolate, dried fruits, nutty with earthy bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry light roasted bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
