Description
One-barrel microbrewery, established in 2013, which has been brewing on a regular basis since 2015. The plant is also used to produce the malt wash for the distilling of gin and vodka onsite. The beer strength and style varies from brew to brew.

Bottle 500ml. @ ChrisOs.Clear medium amber colour with a small, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, toasted, caramel, fruity, nectar. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110730]

Cask at Crown Inn, Manfield, N. Yorkshire. Hazy golden. Fruity nose with some green apples and light spicy hops. Light bodied with some resin and hay. Long bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Amber colour with a smalkl white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, mildly nectary and quite sweet bready malty notes. Flavour is quite much the same in a nice balance.

At the Square & Compass gastro pub, Fairstead, Essex. Clear gold beer, residual white head. Smooth semi dry palate. Low carbonation. Sweet and sour hops. Orange, peach and some grapefruit. Finishes semi dry and mildly bitter. Decent enough.

Cask at the Number Twenty-2, Darlington. Very dark brown colour, creamy beige head. Both aroma and flavour are excellent blends of malts and dark ripe fruits, also hints of caramel and nuts, nice bitter finish.

Cask at the Number Twenty-2, Darlington. Called a premium bitter. Golden colour, moderate white head. Nice aroma of butterscotch and fudge. Refreshing flavour with a decent hoppy bitterness throughout.

Aroma is moderate to light malty, roasted, caramel, nut peel. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. @ Stockbridge Tap, Edinburgh. Dark amber. Heavily toasty aroma. Toasty with a slightly chocolatey accent, and a hint of butter.

cask at Bow Bar - Pours dark amber-red with a lasting off-white head and an aroma full of caramel malt. The flavor is really sweet, a little too sweet in my opinion, with caramel and a little hops. It’s light to medium bodied.
