--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Black, minimal head. Aroma of maple syrup, caramel and coconuts. Very sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Maple syrup and dates, coconut and toffee. Warming finish with aching sweetness. More balanced than many other pastries, but still on the ridculous sweet side.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Cork & Cask. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Very tasty, lightly sweet, pithy lemon and grapefruit, pine needles, pale bread, relaxed bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Balanced finish, more citrus, clean pith. Really good.

Can at home. Has a dark brown to black colour with a very small beige head. Aroma of oak, tobacco, honey, dark chocolate, moss, liqour, currants, cocoa and port wine. Flavour of roasted malt, liqour, rubber, licorice and some dark chocolate. Lots of warming alcohol in the end. What a multilayered, and complex aroma! Has a slick and a little silky mouth feel, full-bodied and a light bitterness. Rich but surprisingly not very complex flavour.
