Description
QajaQ brewery is located in Narsaq close to Greenlands Icecap, where we harvest carefully our icebergs drifting outside the brewery. Probably the purest water mother nature can provide us with 1000-4000 years old icebergs (water). We carefully choose our malt, hops and local ingredients for our beers. We´re “mainly” a lager brewery but also enjoy a good ale every once in a while.
We´re a Greenlandic/Icelandic owned brewery with an American as head brewer and German as assistant brewer. Our main goal is to provide Greenland and the world with quality (locally) brewed beer and build up the knowledge in the country so they can learn how they can use their wonderful pure water.

Sample, thanks Robin Svensson! Clear deep golden, small head. Spicy, toasty nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready malt, mild spicy hops. Low to medium bitterness. Pleasant.

Sample, thanks Robin Svensson! Clear copper colour, small head. Caramelly nose with quite a lot of grapefruit. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Toffee and grapefruit. Piney bitter finish. Relaxed old school stuff.

4/4/2026. Bottle shared by Robin, cheers. Good pour. Aroma is piney, resins, biscuity, dank hops, quite fruity, musty tropical notes. Medium sweetness, bitterness and body. Lightly spiced. Smooth. Average carbonation. Some old skool elements. Likeable.
