Very dark brown with wispy head. Aroma has some vanilla and cream. Flavour seems to have numbing note of clove. Whatever it is it's overpowering.

Light brown colour with big foaming head. Aroma and flavour have obvious aniseedy tarragon. Behind that there's a nice sweet bockbier.

Bottle from Drinks & Gifts, BB 12/2021. Dark brown color, medium frothy head. Aroma of chocolatey and slight spicy coffee, mocha. Coffee bitterness in taste, grainy cookie, some caramel, mocha. Bit dry, hints of metallic and almost stale coffee. Body is somewhat thin, certainly for a 10% beer. Wow, just noticed this is brewed at de Noord Hollandse. Then it is world class. Otherwise, still promising.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Burg Bieren, Ermelo. Dutch brewery #345. Dark brown with an off-white head. Black coffee aroma with roasted malts and some dark chocolate. Bitter taste with a caramel touch and a bitter stuff. Pleasant coffee stout.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy to macropore, rapidly diminishing, white head. Wheaty and veggie aroma, hints of cucumber, yeasty spicy overtones. Taste is dry, wheaty and veggie, minimally yeasty spicy, hints of cucumber. Oily-watery texture, overcarbonated. Decent Hefeweizen, the cucumber matches better than expected. Some technical flaws though...

Bij LiB '20. Bacon, zuurkool, cream & chives chips, ranzig to the max. Alles behalve wat het zou moeten zijn.
