Very fruity hoppiness. Lager character there too though. At first I thought the hops are overwhelming but after a few sips they’re very nice! Lemon and something else. Pineapple. Light earthiness.

Tall boy can from Beer Cellar Sapporo. Spicy, peppery nose, lemon, herbal, slightly minty. Low malt. Pale gold, hazy. lovely hop flavor, tropical fruit, citrus, herbs. Very different from the nose, juicy and delicious. Well carbonated. Fresh, snappy, very nice.

Can from Beer Cellar Sapporo. Decent nose of pine, grass, peaches, orange, honey malts. Slightly hazy deep golden color with a low, fine head. Slightly oxidized, orange, pine, herbs, apricot. Quite resiny indeed. Altogether it meshes pretty well, even though it is a bit past its prime. Nice malt character. Interesting and fun. Tastes good too.

Zoiglhaus Hopfenbombe German-style IPA 6.1% Hmm, I thought it was an IPLmade in Germany but it is an IPA from Portland in the German style (?!?). Anyways, deep amber gold with a thick head and rich malty honeycomb aroma. Fairly full bodied with a bitter thick pine resin overplayed on honeyed biscuity malts. Rich and balanced but not what I was expecting.

Golden body with white head. Spicy and citrus aroma. Big hop body with a thick malt skin. Full in mouth finish.
