Süffiger, rund säuerlicher Beginn. Noten von Trauben, wenig Essig, erfrischend. Die Süffigkeit nimmt noch zu, vollmundig, etwas Heu. Konstant, langer Nachhall, hell, Weizen. Gut. 8/13/13/13/10/13

Süffiger, weich säuerlicher Beginn. Viel Kirschen, der Hintergrund gibt mindestens genauso viel Holz. Ziemlich trocken werdend, die Fruchtnoten bleiben voluminös. Weiche Säure, nie nach Essig. Intensiv, weich, langer fruchtiger Nachgeschmack. Gut! 11/12/12/12/9/12

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from the blendery. Pours mostly clear pale yellow with a frothy white head that dissipates quickly. Quick nose, oak, lemon. Lightly sweet with sturdy acidity, mild funky pale wood, lemon rind, grassy bitterness, citric bite. Light bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, quite dry, with good lemony acidity, drying oak, background bitter grass, soft funk. Great stuff overall.
Palate cleanser. Very white wine esq. Grapes, and has that earthly funk. Chicken and biscuits egg Benedict. Really fantastic.

Bottle shared in HW - picked up from the blender. Pours mostly clear honey-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Light sweet flavour with nice grassy character, pale wood, mild acidity. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean finish, good funk, grass, lemon rind, pale wood. Damn good.

375 ml bottle from the blendery, via delivery, 5/15/21. 2018 bottle (bottled Jun 18, 2019). Clear golden-orange color with a small, fizzy head. Tart and funky, plum cones through more so than the pear. Lots of yeasty fruitiness complexity here. Bit of vinegar. Really nice, rather sour.

Bottle. Pours a deep ruby red with a near white head that starts at the edges and dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has sour cherry with a hint of vanilla and oak supporting. Flavor has strong sour cherries with a bit of oak and some vanilla in the finish.
