Level 6 Bottleshare. Thanks to Leighton. Hazy cherry colour beer, no head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Mildly tart raspberry and cherry. A touch of vanilla keeps the tartness in check. Cherryade and lemon sherbet on the finish. Nice, not over sour.

Bottle shared in London - sourced from the brewery. Pours clear red with a fizzy white head. Nice tart raspberry aroma with hints of vanilla bean. Light sweet flavour with moderate acidity, some creamy vanilla accents, nips of seedy bitterness, woody dryness. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish, more tart raspberry, lemon, hints of alcohol, background vanilla accents. Quite clean overall. Refreshing.

Cask at the source: pours darkish bright red with a loose cask head. Aroma is woody, lime and hints of cherries. Taste has the lime overpowering the cherries and raspberries until you get to the finish where they have a brief chance to shine, then back to more lime. the Kaffir Lime killed this for me.

Cask at the source: pours dull opaque yellow. Aroma is lemon cleaning product. Earthy and lemony tastes. Kaffir lime is really overpowering and really ruins this for me. Not something that everyone would enjoy. My wife hated it.
