Bottle shared in London - cheers! Pours lightly hazy, pale yellow with a foamy, white head. Incredible stuff, well rounded, nuanced, nips of grass, lemon, pale wood. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, clean pale woody dryness, restrained and balanced acidity, more lemon, a hint of golden raisin, moderate funk, grass. Fantastic.
