On cask at The Referend, pours a hazy bright ruby red with a tiny pink head. Aroma brings out rich cherries upfront, with a touch of tart currants, and light oak. Flavour is quite punchy, with lots of expressive tart cherries dominating, with a rather stomach-churning acidity. Loads of cherry. Decent.

On cask at The Referend, pours a hazy dark reddish rose colour with a small off-pink head. Aroma brings out tart cherries and more subdued strawberries, with light funk and quite a citric mustiness. Flavour is intensely puckering, with acidic cherries and strawberries both showing themselves. There is a pronounced mustiness underneath, with light funk. Acidic as hell. Okay.

On cask at The Referend, pours a glass yellow, no head. Aroma brings out lots flora hops, along with gentle funk and some mustiness. Flavour is rather soapy, with floral, tangy dry hopping and light mustiness. Even soapier than the base beer. Not wholly convincing.

On cask at The Referend, pours a clear pale golden blonde, no head. Aroma brings out lots of musty notes, with horse blanket, and some funk. Flavour is bit metallic, with horse blanket, musty funk and a bit of soap. Pretty close to authentic, but there is a sort of dirty water character in there that is throwing it off.
