Bottle shared on Level 42, Christmas tasting 18/12/2017. Many thanks! A hazed orange coloured pour with a loose white head. ARoma is nice dirty lambic, dung, green apple, onion, . Flavour is composed of dry tangy, lemon, apple, pineapple, pithy citrus, dirty horsey funk, grapefruit. Palate is dry and pithy, highish carboantion, super dry finsh. . Little flinty.

Bottle at L42 - thanks to LKS. It pours cloudy orange with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, funky, juicy, orange peel, noble rot, white grape, sherbet, green apple, must, oak, vanilla and stone fruits. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, musty, funky, sherbet action, Granny Smith apple, musty, white grape, juicy action, oak and vanilla with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Very nice overall. Tasty stuff indeed.

Bottle split at the L42 Xmas Boost Up '17, thanks to LKS, 18/12/17. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is funk, grape must, balsa wood, damp alley, pissoi, barnyard, lemon rind. Taste comprises grains, wood must, damp hay, barnyard, rotting Granny Smiths, spice, lemon drizzle, sharp citric, pear. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with balanced acidity. Solid sour.

Bottle shared in Canary Wharf - big thanks to Chris for sourcing. Pours unclear orange-gold with a fizzy, white head. Nice funk in the aroma, a little grass, apple, lemon. Light to medium sweet flavour with moderate acidity, some white grape, ripe apples, a little alcohol, more lemons. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Tart finish, lightly drying, with a little warmth, some further grape accents, more citric bite, mellow alcohol. Nice depth, nice balance. Excellent overall.

750 ml bottle shared by ClarkVV. Soft aroma of sour grain, lacto, dusty wheat. Flavors are lemon, wheat and brett with fruity and oak notes. Lactic sourness, slight tartness. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, soft texture. Crisp. Perfect example of the style.

Poured from bottle thanks ClarkVV hazy light lemon with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon wheat light oak. Taste is classic clean balanced citrus oak not to tart. Nice.
